Main configuration and features

The sealing machine consists of a machine, an inlet conveyor, a lifting device, a sealing machine head (six wheels), a lid separating device, an outlet conveyor, a pneumatic system, and a control system.

Adopting Schneider PLC, fully digital automatic control.

The conveyor adopts plastic chains for conveying to avoid scratching the tank body.

The lubrication system is controlled by PLC and automatically lubricates on time. The lubrication frequency can be freely set.

The sealing machine head does not require a clutch and the transmission chain is optimized and shortened, reducing wear, extending service life, and lowering maintenance rates.

※ Splitting method: Spiral splitting or pneumatic suction, equipped with a detection system to ensure that the splitting is in place.

When adjusting the height of the tank, the machine head adopts PLC control for automatic adjustment and automatic terminal detection, which only sends one signal to complete the height adjustment quickly and accurately.
